Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, and lemon juice.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve as a side dish.
