Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

Directions

  • Combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a jar.
  • Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top with mixed berries before serving.
