Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated zucchini

  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  • Place grated zucchini in a clean towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
