Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 4 large eggs

  • ¼ cup, melted unsalted butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sweetener (like erythritol or stevia) for a slightly sweet taste
